Greetings from Slatyfork!
As the 14th Wild 100 gets closer, make everyone aware of some changes coming up. This is the last time the race will run in its current format. Next season we will run it as a regular marked course with several check points for food and refreshments. Also, we would like to announce a few additions for what’s to come in 2010. After the Wild 100, stay for a week of group rides for all levels, trail maintenance clinics, and the Fat Tire 50K set course race.

cuz after how many years they can only mix it up so much.???
Dammit. I can't do this ride this year and the format for next year doesn't interest me nearly as much.
Will it still be ~60-70 miles or will it be a full 100?
Follow the link,
there seem to be all kinds of mileage options this time.
Can't help but think that all those new distance options either caused them to give up on the format, or is a result of trying to attract more riders with shorter distances and more classes.
