It's a standard (130?) road spacing, even though it's an old-school frame (though it came with 8-spd Ultegra, so it's not that old).
Yes, that's a Tomicog, that would fit just fine, I'm just a little lazy and hesitant to rip the cables and brakes off this bike just yet.
I have another frame I want to experiment with first, though I need a half-link to try that one. Again, laziness wins..... Those forward facing drops on the red frame sure would make an easy project out of this though....
Cool. Starting to assemble our SS road/cross rigs right now. Wheels are finished with the ENO eccentric rear hubs, tore all the extraneous shifting junk off the frames, need to source a square taper 5x110 crank for Donna's...or buy a new front ring.

What's the spacing on that frame? I thought about this solution myself, but I'd have to cold set the frame to make the hub fit... pass for me
